I am a Pastry Chef, graduating from Schoolcraft College Culinary Baking and Pastry program and currently employed by Holiday Market in Canton, but am seeking a pastry program devoted to more fresh ingredients. I have also been accepted into the hot chef program at Schoolcraft, and have been assisting chefs for Continuing Education classes.
